Position Overview:

The Executive Manager (EM) serves as the operational anchor of Atluri Holdings Pvt. Ltd., supporting the GM/MD in executing business strategies across Finance, Marketing, HR, IT, Legal, and Operations. The role ensures smooth coordination between subsidiaries, productive reporting, and timely implementation of key business objectives. The EM is also expected to leverage AI-driven and digital tools to enhance decision-making, reporting accuracy, and workflow automation, while fostering an AI-literate culture across teams.

Location: Head Office, Atluri Ascend, Hyderabad

Reports To: General Manager

Team Supervision: Coordinators, Executives across Marketing, Finance, HR, IT, Admin

Working Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (with flexibility during appraisals, audits, or major events)

CTC Range: 50,000/- to 60,000/- per month

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate execution of strategic directives across departments and subsidiaries.
2. Prepare dashboards, MIS, and review notes for management and board meetings.
3.



Consolidate financials, track budgets, and assist in audits and compliance reviews.
4. Supervise cross-functional teams to ensure project and reporting efficiency.
5. Support group-wide HR, marketing, and IT initiatives for business integration.
6. Identify, recommend, and implement AI-assisted process improvements in data reporting, communication, and workflow management.
7. Drive AI literacy and adoption within reporting teams by encouraging responsible use of automation and digital tools.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: MBA/CA/CS or equivalent.
- Experience: 5–10 years in corporate strategy, operations, or finance roles.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Tech-savvy with exposure to ERP/CRM/HRMS systems and AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Notion AI, or analytics platforms).
