Hiring: Senior 360 Recruiter (IT Staffing)

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

AroundHI Solutions is expanding our Hyderabad office and is looking for an experienced 360 Recruiter who can help build our staffing business.

This is not just a recruitment role. We are looking for someone who enjoys business development, client acquisition, relationship building, and recruitment.

Responsibilities

* Generate current staffing business through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals

* Build long-term relationships with IT consulting firms, system integrators, MSPs, and enterprise clients

* Develop partnerships with companies such as TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, Deloitte, Cognizant, Capgemini, IBM, HCL, and similar organizations





* Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding

* Build talent pipelines across Cloud, DevOps, ERP, AI, Software Engineering, Data, and Healthcare

* Work closely with our Canada and US teams

Requirements

* 5+ years of IT staffing experience

* Strong business development and cold calling experience

* Excellent English communication skills

* Entrepreneurial mindset

* Experience working with international clients is preferred

Compensation

610 LPA + Attractive Performance Incentives
