Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
- Design and implement custom entities, forms, dashboards, business rules, workflows, and security models.
- Develop plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript web resources, and Power Automate flows.
- Build integrations between Dynamics CRM and enterprise applications using APIs, Azure services, and middleware platforms.
- Leverage GitHub Copilot to accelerate development, unit testing, code refactoring, and documentation activities.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployment support, and production issue resolution.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for CRM solutions.
- Ensure adherence to development standards, security guidelines, and best practices.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development.




- Strong experience in:
- MS Dynamics
- Dataverse
- Power Apps and Power Automate
- C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- Plugin Development and Custom Workflow Activities
- REST APIs and Dataverse Web APIs
- SQL Server

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency and quality.
- Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with MS Dynamics.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git repositories, and CI/CD implementation.
- Knowledge of Copilot for Microsoft 365 and AI capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Experience with CRM data migration and integration projects.
- Microsoft Dynamics Certifications preferred.
