Job Summary

Kored Infratech Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in resorts, hotels, or restaurants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, vendor payments, revenue reconciliation, statutory compliance, and supporting the finance team in ensuring accurate financial records.

Role & responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

Prepare and process vendor invoices, payments, and employee reimbursements.

Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations.

Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

Prepare daily revenue reports and reconcile room, restaurant, banquet, and event revenues.

Handle cash management, petty cash, and daily cash reconciliation.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Professional Tax,



and other statutory requirements.

Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.

Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.

Maintain proper documentation of invoices, contracts, vouchers, and accounting records.

Support budget preparation, cost control, and financial planning.

Coordinate with Front Office, F&B;, Banquets, Purchase, and Stores for financial reconciliation.

Ensure compliance with company financial policies and internal controls.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.

Valuable analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
