Collaborate Solutions is looking for an experienced Legal Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. We are seeking a energetic recruitment professional with proven expertise in sourcing and hiring legal professionals for Law Firms, Corporate Legal Departments, and Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) organizations.
The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for niche legal positions.
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: HiTech City, Hyderabad
Shift: US Night Shift (6:00 PM 3:30 AM IST)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for legal positions across various practice areas.
- Source, identify, and engage qualified legal professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, networking, headhunting, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates based on legal qualifications, specialization, experience, and role suitability.
- Recruit for positions including Corporate Associate, Bankruptcy Associate, Lateral Associate, Legal Counsel, Litigation Associate, Compliance Professionals, Contract Specialists, Attorneys, and Lawyers.
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients and coordinate interview schedules throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with law firms, corporate legal teams, law schools, and legal professionals to create a strong talent pipeline.
- Advise hiring managers on talent availability, market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies within the legal industry.
- Manage offer negotiations, salary discussions, notice periods, and candidate onboarding to ensure successful closures.
- Maintain recruitment reports, candidate databases, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Preferred Experience
- 2-8 years of experience in Legal Recruitment.

- Hands-on experience recruiting Corporate Associates, Bankruptcy Associates, Lateral Associates, Legal Counsel, Litigation Associates, Compliance Professionals, Attorneys, and Lawyers.
- Strong understanding of legal hiring practices, market trends, and candidate assessment.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver high-quality candidates within defined timelines.
