Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Recruiter with 27 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, experience working on technical requirements, and the ability to identify and engage top IT talent across various technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across different technology stacks.
• Understand client requirements and prepare sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure timely closures while meeting quality and turnaround time (TAT) requirements.

Required Skills:

- 2–7 years of experience in IT Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.




• Strong experience in sourcing for technologies such as Java, .NET, Full Stack, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, SAP, Salesforce, Embedded Systems, Testing, and Infrastructure roles.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience working with product-based companies, IT services, or staffing firms.
• Knowledge of Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
