We are a quick-growing VC funded Quick Commerce Enabler, revolutionizing the way consumers access essentials with ultra-fast deliveries. As we scale, we are looking for a proactive and result driven City Lead- Store Ops to drive & manage the In store Operations. This role demands strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to scale high-velocity businesses. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all logistics operations of the dark stores within the city
- Ensure on-time delivery performance, order accuracy, and customer SLAs are consistently met
- Monitor daily operational KPIs and drive corrective action where needed
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team including operations managers, fleet

supervisors, and contract employees

- Build a performance-driven culture with clear accountability at every level
- Own the city-level P&L;, including revenue targets, cost control, and profitability
- Identify and implement cost optimization initiatives across productivity, manpower, and infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard new clients and expand operational capacity




- Identify opportunities to grow market share and improve network coverage within the city
- Serve as the primary point of contact for city-level escalations from clients, partners, and internal

teams

Qualifications & Skills:

- 5+ years of experience
- MBA/Postgraduate in Supply Chain Ops & Logistics is preferred
- Strong record in scaling complex operations in logistics/retail/startups; hands-on problem solver
- Quick commerce experience as Cluster Manager/City Lead is preferred
