We are seeking a detail-oriented UK Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations for UK employees. The ideal candidate will have experience in UK payroll processing, payroll compliance, statutory regulations, and employee payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Process end-to-end UK payroll accurately and within established timelines.

- Ensure compliance with UK payroll regulations, including PAYE, National Insurance, and statutory deductions.

- Validate payroll inputs such as recent joiners, leavers, salary changes, bonuses, and deductions.

- Manage payroll reconciliation and resolve payroll-related discrepancies.

- Support statutory payments including SSP, SMP, SPP, and other applicable benefits.

- Generate and validate payroll reports for internal stakeholders.

- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors to ensure smooth payroll operations.

- Handle employee payroll queries and provide timely resolutions.





- Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

- Support payroll audits and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 25 years of experience in UK Payroll.

- Strong knowledge of PAYE, National Insurance, HMRC regulations, P45, P60, and statutory payments.

- Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.

- Good understanding of payroll reconciliation and reporting.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a Shared Services or Global Payroll environment.

- Exposure to payroll transitions, process improvements, or automation initiatives.
