Job Title: Procurement /Purchase Manager

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; a degree in accounting/business preferred.

Position Summary:

Is responsible for all key purchases for the organisation, nationwide.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills are required.
- Good Knowledge of MS Office. (Project Management Software knowledge is a big plus).
- Should have previous experience in Tech Products/IT Infra/Security & Surveillance/Telecom.
- Fast learner and should have a outstanding presence of mind.
- Negotiation ability is a must.
- Ethical & honest.

Key Responsibilities/Skills:

- Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment,



services & supplies based on the pre-approved process.
- Understand, follow, and enforce the company's procurement & purchase procedure.
- Review, compare, analyse, and approve products & services to be procured.
- Maintain key suppliers' database with updated product & price information. Maintain effective work relations with them.
- Manage inventories, purchases & usage records.
- Prepare budgets, cost analyses & reports.
- Ensure AMCs for all key products & services are in place.

Salary: Rs. 8 Lakhs to Rs. 9 Lakhs per year
