• Experience in Walk in Drive management. /Bulk Hiring.
• Must have exp in using different Online Platforms for sourcing. Must know beyond job posting and mailer deployment. .
• Must have knowledge of Features of virtual hiring drives management tool such as virtual lobby, interview rooms on the virtual hiring drive management tool. .
• Should have Excellent communication and Negotiation Skills
• MBA in HR preferred
