Job SummaryWe are looking for a energetic Assistant Manager Retail & B2B Sales to expand the market presence of LDC Cables, Lighting, Fans in the Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for developing dealer networks, driving retail sales, and generating business from contractors, electricians, and institutional buyers.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Sales

- Develop and manage dealer and distributor networks for LDC Cables.Lighting, Fans
- Increase secondary sales through retailers and electrical wholesalers.
- Conduct market visits to strengthen dealer relationships and ensure product availability.
- Implement promotional activities, dealer engagement programs, and product awareness initiatives.
- Monitor competitor products and pricing in the market.

B2B Sales

- Generate business from electrical contractors, builders, and industrial customers.
- Identify opportunities in commercial, residential, and small project segments.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.




- Maintain strong relationships with contractors, electricians, and project buyers.

Market Development

- Identify and appoint new dealers and channel partners.
- Support sales targets by expanding market coverage and customer base.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and customer service.
- Prepare sales reports and market feedback for management.

Experience

- 5 - 10 years of experience in sales within the electrical industry (wires, cables, switches, fans, lighting, etc.).
- Experience in retail channel sales and B2B sales is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Telangana electrical market.

Education

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
