Role Overview CIO Office & Transformation role

- Drive and coordinate governance forums, including agenda preparation, meeting facilitation, decision tracking, and action closure.
- Prepare executive reports, leadership updates, dashboards, and governance materials to support decision-making.
- Monitor program and project progress, risks, dependencies, and key transformation initiatives.
- Provide consolidated visibility of organizational activities and priorities to leadership teams.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, execution plans, and governance processes.
- Develop impactful dashboards and executive presentations using reporting and visualization tools.
- Simplify complex data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Champion change management initiatives and drive adoption of current ways of working.
- Enhance governance, reporting, and monitoring processes through continuous improvement and automation.
- Ensure consistent communication and coordination across teams, functions, and leadership forums.

Qualification any of the below:

1. MBA in Information Technology (IT) Management
2. MBA in Strategy & Consulting
3. MBA in Operations Management
