Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic screening and preliminary HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Eligibility Criteria

- Female candidates only.
- Any Graduate ( 2025 & 2026 Pass-outs).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in HR Recruitment.

Salary & Incentives

- Freshers: 13,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives.




- Candidates with HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Internship Experience: 15,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives.
