Job Title: IT Recruiter C2H Hiring

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 3–7 years of experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting aggressive hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) IT positions across multiple technologies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Negotiate compensation, notice periods, and ensure successful offer closures.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive IT candidates.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of quality profiles.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and ATS with accurate information.
- Ensure adherence to hiring SLAs, quality metrics, and recruitment processes.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates to provide an excellent recruitment experience.




- Stay updated with market trends, technology hiring demands, and competitor hiring practices.

Required Skills

- 3–7 years of experience in IT Recruitment, with a strong focus on Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring.
- Proven experience in hiring across technologies such as Java, .NET, Full Stack, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, SAP, Salesforce, Testing, Infrastructure, and other IT domains.
- Strong expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, and Boolean/X-Ray search techniques.
- Experience in handling multiple requirements simultaneously and delivering within strict timelines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of the IT hiring lifecycle and recruitment best practices.
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience working with IT staffing, consulting, or recruitment firms.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
