- Coordinate with community groups, organizations, and stakeholders to identify needs and develop strategies for mobilization.
- Conduct outreach activities such as door-to-door visits, group meetings, and events to promote education programs.
- Provide admission counseling and guidance to students seeking higher education opportunities.
- Collaborate with field executives and coordinators to ensure effective implementation of projects.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in community mobilization or a related field (NGO/social services).
- Solid understanding of community outreach principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
