Seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Lead with 9-11 years in software engineering and 4+ years focused on AI/ML systems to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of advanced AI solutions. Responsible for building scalable AI systems including multi-agent frameworks, LLM integrations, ML pipelines, and multilingual AI capabilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement the multi-agent framework and LLM integration layer.

2. Architect multi-model routing, prompt management, and cost optimisation strategies.

3. Build AI workflow automation pipelines and integrate Indic language models (Hindi, Marathi, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil).

4. Build RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipeline for crop advisory knowledge base.

Implement AI-assisted Admin Config Engine - natural language to platform configuration.

6. Define AI safety and quality standards - confidence thresholds, human-in-the-loop protocols, hallucination mitigation.

7. Mentor mid-level AI engineers and drive AI best practices across the engineering team.

Key Technical Competencies:

1. LLM APIs and agent frameworks (OpenAI, Anthropic, Lang Chain, CrewAI); RAG systems and vector databases.

2. Python - PyTorch, FastAPI, Celery; ML model serving at scale - latency, cost, and throughput optimization.

3. Indic language models (Sarvam AI, IndicBERT); computer vision for crop disease detection and document OCR.
