AIOps and MLOps Engineer (Reliability, Monitoring & Governance)

Core Focus

Ensure operational reliability, observability, and governance of AI-driven Payments systems in a regulated setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish monitoring, alerting, and observability frameworks for AI-driven Payments workflows
- Implement failure detection, rollback mechanisms, and resilience strategies for agentic systems
- Define and manage SLOs/SLAs for AI-powered financial operations
- Build audit logging, traceability, and explainability mechanisms for all automated workflows
- Support AI governance frameworks, including:
- Data classification
- Control validation
- Human-in-the-loop checkpoints
- Partner with compliance and audit teams to ensure regulatory readiness and audit integrity
- Manage production health and incident response for AI-driven automation
