We're looking for a proactive, quick learner to support our Consulting and Healthcare IT divisions through Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, Recruitment, and Business Operations.

## Key Responsibilities

### Digital Marketing (Basic Knowledge Required)

* Basic knowledge of creating service banners, social media creatives, and marketing content.

* Create and publish LinkedIn and social media posts.

* Support branding activities for the Consulting and Healthcare IT divisions.

### Lead Generation

* Generate B2B leads for both Consulting and Healthcare IT divisions.

* Identify decision-makers, maintain lead databases, and support outreach campaigns.

* Track leads and identify new business opportunities.

### Recruitment Support

* Source candidates through LinkedIn and job portals.

* Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate databases.

* Support end-to-end recruitment activities.

### Website & Business Support





* Review the company websites daily and suggest content improvements.

* Assist with presentations, marketing materials, and day-to-day operational support.

## What We're Looking For

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, HR, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

* 2-4 years of experience .

* Basic knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and social media.

* Good communication, research, and organizational skills.

* Quick learner with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is an added advantage.
