What skills & experience you will bring to us

•Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline

•Postgraduate qualification in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred

•4+ years of experience in sales, business development, project logistics, or freight forwarding operations

•Proven experience supporting project logistics, specialized cargo, or multimodal transportation activities

•Solid understanding of Air & Ocean freight forwarding processes, project cargo operations, and supply chain management

•Experience managing customer relationships, commercial proposals, and operational coordination activities

•Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities

•Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills

•Ability to manage multiple priorities within fast-paced operational environments

•Strong customer-centric mindset and commercial acumen.
