Position Summary

The Senior DevOps Engineer is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the development, deployment, and maintenance of infrastructure, as well as automating and improving the processes involved in continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).

This role combines strong technical skills with the ability to work collaboratively with development, operations, and quality assurance teams to ensure efficient, reliable, and scalable systems. The Senior DevOps Engineer will lead initiatives to enhance infrastructure automation, monitor system performance, and ensure the availability and security of applications and services.

Roles and Resposibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline code delivery and improve software release cycles.
- Integrate and automate testing frameworks to ensure code quality before deployment.
- Monitor and enhance the CI/CD processes, ensuring quick and reliable application releases with minimal downtime.
- Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure that applications and infrastructure are running efficiently and securely.
- Use monitoring tools to track system health, performance metrics, and to proactively address potential issues.
- Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, system failures, and other technical problems, applying solutions to maintain system uptime and reliability.
- Daily execution of build and deploy in an automated and continuous process.
- Environments(DevItg,QA,ProdFix,PreProd,...).
- Troubleshoot build and deploy failures, and facilitate resolution.
- Communicate status frequently to team.




- Work closely with development teams to understand application requirements and ensure that infrastructure and deployment systems align with those needs.
- Collaborate with QA teams to implement automated tests, ensuring that code is always in a deployable state.
- Support operations teams to ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and consistent performance of production systems.
- Manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including computing, storage, networking, and databases.
- Implement cloud cost optimization strategies, ensuring that infrastructure is both scalable and cost-effective.
- Ensure that cloud resources are securely configured, following best practices for access control, encryption, and security compliance.
- Implement security best practices and ensure that both infrastructure and applications are secure from external and internal threats.
- Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible to automate provisioning and management of cloud infrastructure.
- Automate routine system administration tasks, application deployment, and patching processes to improve operational efficiency.
