Roles and Responsibilities:

- 4-10 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales Recruitment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Robust experience in US IT Bench Sales process
- Proficient in using US job portals like Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other social networking platforms for sourcing candidates
- Experience working with OPT, CPT, H1B, EAD, Green Card, and US Citizens
- Good knowledge of employment types like W2, Corp-to-Corp (C2C), and 1099
- Ability to handle H1B transfers, vendor coordination, and consultant referrals
- Must be a self-starter with strong ownership and target-driven mindset
- Maintain daily communication with consultants regarding marketing updates
- Prompt response to consultants, vendors, and clients
- Maintain and update internal database/ATS with recruitment stages




- Understand IT requirements thoroughly for quality sourcing
- Submit relevant resumes to clients after screening

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Immediate joiners preferred
- Willing to work in night shifts (EST time zone)
- Must be willing to work from office (No remote option)
- 4-10 years of relevant experience preferred
