Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete bid lifecycle from opportunity identification to final submission.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Technical, Finance, and HR, to ensure timely and compliant bid submissions.
Plan, schedule, and monitor bid activities to meet project timelines and deliverables.
Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth execution.

Technical / Functional Skills
Good understanding of RFP, RFQ, and RFI processes.
Preparing technical and commercial proposals.
Review and finalize bid documents while ensuring compliance with client requirements.
Understanding of commercial aspects such as costing, pricing, budgeting, and financial evaluation.
Ability to identify potential risks in bids and recommend suitable mitigation measures.





Communication Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively handle client queries, negotiations, and clarifications.
Strong presentation and reporting skills.
