About the Role EmphoraSoft is looking for a seasoned Project / Program Manager to lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP implementation programs. You will drive large-scale ERP transformation initiatives, align business and technology stakeholders, and own delivery across multiple workstreams bringing robust governance, risk management, and execution discipline to every phase. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead Oracle Fusion ERP implementations end-toend — initiation through go-live and hypercare. • Own project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, issues, and dependencies. • Drive governance: steering committees, status reporting, executive communication. • Coordinate Finance, Procurement, HR, SCM, IT, system integrators, and business users. • Partner with Oracle implementation partners on timely, quality deliverables. • Facilitate requirements, solution design, UAT, cutover, and deployment. • Track project KPIs; proactively resolve risks and bottlenecks. • Drive change management, user adoption, and post-go-live stabilization. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE • 10–14 years in Project / Program Management. • 5+ years managing Oracle Fusion ERP implementation programs.



• 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations delivered. • Strong grasp of Fusion Finance, Procurement, SCM, HCM, or EPM modules. • Experience managing SIs, vendors, and offshore/onshore teams. • Skilled in planning, budgeting, resourcing, RAID, and governance. • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication. • Hands-on with UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare delivery. • Immediate Joiners PMP / PRINCE2 / PMI-ACP certification and an MBA (or equivalent) are a plus. Comfortable across Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models, with working knowledge of Oracle Cloud methodologies (OUM/OCLM) and experience on enterprise digital transformation programs.
