Data Lake Solutions is hiring a QA Engineer in both manual and automation testing for web and mobile applications. The role covers the full testing lifecycle
Must Have
- Hands on Automation and Manual testing experience.
- Create, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for web and mobile applications.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and user-acceptance testing (UAT) across multiple environments.
- Log, triage, and track defects with clear reproduction steps, and collaborate with developers to verify fixes (JIRA or similar).
- Support release activities including pre-release testing, post-deployment sanity checks, and test sign-offs.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python for automation scripting.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver using Python.
- Experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks using the Cucumber (BDD) Framework.
- Strong experience with the PyTest framework for test development and execution.
- Experience in automating functional, regression, and API test cases.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, and defect tracking tools such as JIRA.
- Robust analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with Playwright for modern web automation.
- Knowledge of Apache JMeter for performance and load testing.
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
