Job Title: Relationship Manager-Female ( US Staffing)

Experience: 1+yrs of experience, preferred in US process

Location: Begumpet

Mode of Work: Work from Office

Shift Time: 7.30PM IST - 4.30AM IST

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Relationship Manager with experience in US Staffing to manage relationships with onsite consultants and ensure smooth coordination throughout their project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Regularly connect with onsite consultants to understand project status and address concerns.
- Maintain strong consultant relationships and ensure high engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams for payroll, timesheets, contract renewals, and issue resolution.
- Follow up with clients on pending invoices and payment collections.




- Maintain consultant records and prepare periodic status reports.
- Ensure timely communication between consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Requirements:

- 1+ years of experience in US Staffing, Relationship Management, or Account Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the US Staffing process.
- Solid follow-up, coordination, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ATS tools.
