Job Summary

- We are looking for a highly skilled Verification Engineer specializing in the Register Domain to join our semiconductor verification team. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in hardware verification, a solid background in software development, and exposure to AI/ML techniques to enhance verification efficiency, automation, and coverage closure. You will work closely with architects, RTL designers, and firmware teams to ensure high-quality verification of register interfaces, control/status registers, and SoC-level integration.

Key Responsibilities

- Register Domain Verification: Develop and execute verification plans for Control and Status Registers (CSR) and memory-mapped I/O blocks. Validate register functionality, reset values, access policies, and field-level behavior.
- Perform UVM-based verification using RAL models. Ensure correctness of address decoding and protocols (AXI/APB/AHB).
- Hardware Verification: Have understanding of SystemVerilog/UVM testbenches, reusable components, run simulations, regressions, and debug RTL issues.

Software & Firmware Interaction: Develop C/C++ and Python tests,



collaborate with firmware teams, and build automation scripts.

AI/ML-Driven Verification: Apply ML techniques for test generation, coverage prediction, regression optimization, and failure analysis

Automation & Tooling: Knowledge of SystemRDL and IPXACT is considered a plus.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor s or Master s in electrical/computer engineering.
- 3+ years of hardware verification experience.
- Strong SystemVerilog, UVM, RAL knowledge.
- Experience with AXI/APB/AHB.
- Proficiency in Python and C/C++.
- Familiarity with verification tools like VCS, Xcelium, or Questa.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in AI/ML techniques. Working with AI agents is good to have
- Exposure to firmware-hardware co-verification, formal methods is an added advantage

Key Skills

- Strong debugging,
- SoC architecture understanding, scripting, automation mindset, and cross-functional collaboration.
