Job Description:- Sr. Officer - Floor
- Ensure that the floor is ready before the store opening
- Roster Management of team once in every 15 days
- Responsible for FIFO, Hygiene, Timely Refilling & Proper Display
- Ensure all the price boards are checked and corrected
- Movement of stock from godown to floor as per the requirement
- Training the team on the floor

- Prepare schedule of Vendor in coordination with purchase
- Roster Management of team once in every 15 days
- Allocation of task to team members, train & guide recent joinees and existing staff in godown
- Ensure adherence to processes at Receiving & Debit to vendors to control pilferage
- Coordinate with floor team to ensure availability of stocks on the shelves
- Optimum Utilization of space, ensure hygiene - Timely completion of GRNs
