This Role

Provides fund accounting and reporting support for private equity and fund clients, ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of NAVs, financial statements, investor reporting, capital activity, compliance deliverables, and client service excellence while adhering to established controls, accounting standards, and operational procedures.

What You Will Do

- You'll prepare and deliver NAV calculations, financial statements, management accounts, working papers, investor reporting, journal entries, capital call and distribution notices, payment processing, and other fund accounting deliverables for private equity and fund clients within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- You'll manage client deliverables by analysing client agreements, SLAs, and reporting requirements, responding to client and investor queries, addressing review comments, escalating issues appropriately, and supporting onboarding and migration of funds onto accounting platforms such as Investran and Paxus.
- You'll ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, SSAE requirements, policies, procedures, and operational checklists while identifying, reporting, and helping resolve risks, errors, breaches,



and operational issues in a timely manner.
- You'll maintain effective workflow and reporting processes by managing deliverables through workflow systems, accurately recording time, utilising accounting and reporting platforms, and supporting team members through knowledge sharing, technical guidance, and collaboration.
- You'll demonstrate solid customer focus, communication, resilience, and self-development by building client relationships, delivering high-quality outcomes, proactively expanding technical knowledge, continuously improving performance, and contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
