ABOUT THE ROLE
Drive an "Automate-First" approach! We are seeking a senior technical lead to shape our quality strategy and scale robust test automation across UI, API, and data layers in a modern engineering workplace.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Strategy: Define & scale test automation frameworks, tooling, and best practices.
Full-Stack Testing: Build scalable automated test suites across UI, API, and Data Layers.
CI/CD Integration: Coach teams on automation patterns, test data strategy, and pipeline integration.
E2E Ownership: Own end-to-end testing (automated, manual, exploratory) and defect management.
Release Readiness:



Coordinate environments, data, and regression suites for seamless delivery.

WHAT YOU BRING
9+ Years of hands-on experience in test automation & framework architecture.
Tech Stack: Ruby, Tosca, Postman, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins / Concourse).
Strong background in Test Data Management & Release Testing Practices.
Proven ability to lead quality initiatives within an Agile delivery model.
