Territory Sales Manager Logistics & E-commerce Platform

Roles & Responsibilities

- Drive business growth by achieving sales and revenue targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify and acquire recent customers across e-commerce, retail, Logistics.
- Promote logistics solutions including express courier, surface & air transportation, warehousing, fulfillment, last-mile delivery, reverse logistics, and cross-border shipping.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate Sales Executives and Business Development Executives to maximize territory performance.
- Monitor team productivity, sales pipeline, and conversion rates through regular reviews.
- Collaborate with operations, customer service, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and pricing strategies to identify new business opportunities.
- Expand the customer base by developing channel partners, corporate clients, SMEs, and e-commerce sellers.
- Forecast sales, prepare budgets, and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly,



and annual business targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline, customer visits, and business forecasts.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution to improve customer retention.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities for value-added logistics services.
- Prepare and present territory performance reports, MIS, and business reviews to senior management.
