Role & responsibilities

Developing Learning Strategyt-Developing the Learning strategy aligned with the objective of the company and implementing it across the organisation Planning and publishing training calendar based on training needs, role hased competency or with the Colaboration with department heads er line managers to identify skill gaps and learning needs.

Design and develop an engaging and effective training program (in hause or vender) to address these needs and align then with organizational goals

Managing training delivery through internal/external trainers identified and ensuring the quality and adherence to the training calendar.

Ensuring training effectiveness and regular improvement through feedhack after each training program

Managing Learning and Development Budget:-Create and manage the L&D; budget, prioritizing resources for key development programs. Negotiate with training providers and esternal consultants to ensure cost-effective solutions without commpromising quality





Promote Learning Culture: - Promote a culture of continaeus learning by encouraging employees to take ownership of their development and providing a learning platform through engaging them in various learning activities to create a positive workplace for knowledge sharing and skill development

Work closely with OD lead and actively contributing to organizational development interventions such as leadership development, talent management, policy and process development, and conducting employee happiness surveys to ensure the satisfaction level of employees.

Reporting and Documentation: Provide regular reports to senior management regarding training progress, completion rates, and the impact of learning initiatives on performance and business outcomes. Document training results and feedback for future improvement
