Roles and Responsibility
- Prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates for projects.
- Coordinate with engineering and accounts teams to ensure accurate billing and payment.
- Manage measurement sheets and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct site visits to gather data for cost estimation and billing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to quantity surveying.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
