Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead / Assistant Manager to lead our Healthcare Recruitment team, specializing in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) hiring. The ideal candidate should have solid technical recruitment expertise in hiring healthcare professionals such as AR Callers, Medical Coders, Trainers, Team Leads, QA, and other RCM roles.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets and ensure timely closures.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Healthcare/RCM requirements.
Recruit for roles such as AR Callers, Medical Coders, Trainers, Team Leads, Quality Analysts, Operations Managers, and other healthcare positions.
Coordinate with clients on requirement gathering, interview scheduling, feedback, and closures.
Monitor team performance, productivity, and adherence to recruitment KPIs.
Mentor and coach recruiters to improve sourcing quality and delivery.
Ensure quality candidate submissions and maintain recruitment compliance.




Prepare and share recruitment MIS, hiring reports, and delivery updates with internal stakeholders and clients.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of Healthcare Recruitment and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
Hands-on experience hiring AR Callers, Medical Coders, Trainers, QA, Team Leads, Managers, and other healthcare operations roles.
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Strong team management and people development experience.
Good knowledge of sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Experience
5-8+ years of experience in Healthcare Recruitment.
Minimum 2+ years of experience leading a recruitment team.
Proven experience in client coordination and stakeholder management.
Experience working with healthcare staffing/consulting firms is preferred.
