- Proven experience as a sports coach or in a related field.

- Strong knowledge of various sports disciplines, including track and field, soccer, basketball, and football.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.

- Solid organizational and time management skills.

- Familiarity with sports equipment and facilities is an asset.
