Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the fleet, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services to customers.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance, repair, and replacement schedules to minimize downtime and optimize fleet efficiency.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to plan routes, manage traffic flow, and resolve transportation issues.
- Analyze data to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve overall fleet performance.
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in after-sales support or fleet management in the automobile industry.
- Solid knowledge of automobile service, workshop management, vehicle maintenance, and transportation operations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with logistics teams and customers.
