- End-to-end implementation of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) including setup, configuration, and deployment
- Establish and configure source connections for data ingestion from various systems
- Set up and manage destination connections for data activation across marketing platforms
- Design and create XDM schemas and datasets based on business requirements
RTCDP:
- Build, manage and optimize audiences (segments) for targeted campaigns
- Implement and manage DULE policies
- Configure marketing actions to ensure data governance and compliance
- Solid understanding of merge policies, profile stitching and identity resolution for unified customer view
- Troubleshoot issues and conduct root cause analysis and provide quick resolution across ingestion, segmentation, profile, and activation
- Strong hands-on experience working with AEP APIs and ability to independently execute and troubleshoot
- API-based integrations
- Perform validation covering generic and functional testing
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across datasets and profiles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for implementation and issue resolution
