Position: AR Caller Hospital Billing (UB-04)
Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad
Shift: US Shift (6:00 PM 3:00 AM)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Transportation: One-way Cab Facility (Drop up to 30 KM)
Notice Period: Immediate to 25 Days
Experience Required
1–4 Years of relevant experience in US Healthcare AR Calling
Hands-on experience in Hospital Billing (UB-04)
Key Responsibilities
Follow up with insurance companies on outstanding hospital claims.
Investigate and resolve denied or unpaid claims through effective AR follow-ups.
Work on denial management, appeals, and payment reconciliation.
Ensure timely claim resolution to maximize reimbursements.
Maintain accurate documentation of claim status and follow-up activities.
Meet productivity and quality targets while adhering to client guidelines.
