The Impact you will have in this role:

The Workplace Design Facilities Engineer is responsible for managing the coordination of day-to-day facility operations, furniture, fixture and equipment (FFE) repairs and maintenance in the designated office and the role incumbent is expected to be physically present in the office 5 days per week other than whilst on leave. This position is also responsible for supervision of outsourced facility operations staff.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

- Manage facility operations including soft services, engineering systems, and critical infrastructure
- Execute preventive maintenance and manage AMCs for all equipment
- Manage ServiceNow tickets, SLAs, and asset lifecycle processes




- Oversee vendors and contractors ensuring 100% statutory, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Validate vendor invoices and support procurement (negotiation, REQ creation)
- Manage food & beverage services and workplace support (mailroom, parking, supplies)
- Maintain asset inventory and support cost control initiatives
- Lead EEMS implementation aligned with ISO 50001 & 14001
- Monitor energy usage, environmental KPIs, and drive sustainability initiatives
- Support audits, leadership visits, and cross-functional coordination

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 10 years of related experience
- Bachelor''s degree (BE (Electrical) or equivalent degree) or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success:

- Ability to read architectural and engineering building drawings
- Excellent communication & written skills and client focus
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio
- Experience with IBM Tririga Work Order System (or comparable system)
- Strong vendor relationship management skills
