Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Field Application Engineer (FAE) to serve as a technical bridge between engineering and sales. In this customer-facing role, you will deliver pre-sales and post-sales technical support, conduct advanced product demonstrations, build proof-of-concept solutions, and articulate the value of Siemens EDA VLSI products to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Enablement: Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and PoCs (Proof of Concept) tailored to customer requirements.

Pre- & Post-Sales Support: Gather customer workflows/requirements, architect custom solutions, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Sales Collaboration:



Assist sales and service teams during proposals, product positioning, and conference/seminar events.

Key Requirements & Technical Skills

Tools: Hands-on experience with tools such as Questa Sim, ModelSim, VCS, Virtuoso, Vivado, and Quartus.

Languages & Frameworks: Proficient in Verilog / VHDL, SystemVerilog, and UVM/OVM verification methodologies.

Domain Expertise: Robust grounding in RTL design, timing analysis, FPGA/ASIC flows, and CMOS fundamentals.

Standards (Bonus): Familiarity with functional safety/aerospace standards like ISO 26262 or DO-254 is a plus.

Soft Skills: Excellent persuasion, communication, presentation, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
