- Proactively identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to expand the clients portfolio of products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as investment and wealth management specialists, to deliver comprehensive financial advice and support
- Actively monitor client accounts, portfolios, and transactions, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to the growth and development of the Treasures client segment by implementing effective client acquisition and retention strategies

Requirements

- In a client-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with high-net-worth clients
- Proficient in financial analysis,



investment planning, and wealth management concepts
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to provide customized solutions to client needs
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales and client satisfaction targets
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
