Job Summary

We are looking for an AI Engineer I to support the development and maintenance of AI-powered solutions and workflow automation initiatives. The role involves working with GenAI tools, prompt engineering, automation platforms, and AI-enabled business workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and support AI/GenAI and LLM-based solutions
- Work on prompt engineering and data preparation
- Develop workflow automation solutions
- Research and test emerging AI tools and platforms
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams
- Support documentation and onboarding activities
- Follow responsible AI and data governance practices





Required Skills

- Basic exposure to AI/GenAI tools and automation platforms
- Knowledge of Python or SQL scripting
- Understanding of ChatGPT, Claude, Snowflake Cortex, or Salesforce Einstein
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code tools and workflow automation
- Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualification

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications such as Microsoft AI-900, Salesforce AI Associate, or Prompt Engineering are a plus
