We are looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer to join our Enterprise Production Services team, focused on Resilience & Reliability Engineering.

In this role, you will design, build, and enhance cloud-native engineering solutions that improve production stability, operational efficiency, and intelligent automation.

You will work with up-to-date cloud platforms, AI technologies, observability tools, and automation frameworks to develop scalable solutions that improve service reliability and accelerate incident resolution.

Primary Skills-

- Strong software engineering experience with cloud-native application development.

- Hands-on experience building solutions on AWS/Azure, Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.





- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or TypeScript, designing APIs, microservices, and scalable backend systems, AI-enabled automation, agentic workflows, or LLM-based assistants, ServiceNow (ITIL, PM/IM/CM, Automation, Dashboard creation), Jira, Splunk, Datadog, or PagerDuty, API Gateway, REST APIs.
