Job Description

Position: Head Extrusion Production / Operations (Extrusion, Foundry, Tool Room, Quality)

Designation: General Manager
CTC Budget: 40-50 Lakhs Per annum (Beyond this not allowed)

Role Objective

- We are looking for a seasoned extrusion professional to lead and drive end-to-end aluminium extrusion plant operations with our capacity of 75KT PA (For U2 and U3) will see on U1 later. The ideal candidate should bring deep technical expertise, strong operational leadership, and a stable career track record within reputed extrusion organizations.

Experience

- Minimum 20 years of experience in core aluminium extrusion operations only.
- Must be in 45-50 years range.
- Must have hands-on exposure across:
Tool Room, Foundry, Extrusion Operations & NPD on extrusion side.

Industry Background

- Candidates should preferably come from:
- Top 34 aluminium extrusion companies in India, OR
- Reputed Gulf-based extrusion companies.

Leadership Experience

- Must have independently led an extrusion plant for at least 5-7 years.
- Strong experience in managing plant operations, productivity, quality, and process optimization.

Technical Competency

- Strong technical understanding of:
- Extrusion processes
- Die/tooling management
- Billet/foundry operations
- Aluminium Alloy.




- Productivity improvement
- Troubleshooting and process control
- Technical depth is a non-negotiable requirement.
- Reasoning.
- People and team management.

Career Stability

- Preference for candidates with long tenures and progressive growth within organizations.
- Candidates with frequent job changes should be avoided.

Behavioural & Assessment Fit

- Candidate should demonstrate solid alignment in our psychometric assessments. All green,
- Should possess: Leadership maturity, Team management capability, Decision-making ability, Operational discipline
