Job Description

System Administrator / Desktop Support Engineer with 8 to 12+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Support, Desktop Administration, Microsoft 365 Administration, Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, Network Support, and End-User Support. Experienced in providing L1/L2 technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing enterprise IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth business operations.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

- Desktop & Laptop Hardware Troubleshooting and Break-Fix Support.
- Installation, Configuration, and Maintenance of Windows 7/10/11 Operating Systems.
- Active Directory User & Group Management, Group Policy (GPO), DNS, DHCP, WINS, and File Server Administration.
- Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Administration, Outlook Configuration, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Mailbox Management, Distribution Lists, and Email Troubleshooting.
- Windows Server 2012/2016 Administration and System Maintenance.
- Software Installation, OS Deployment, Data Backup & Recovery, and User Profile Migration.
- Printer, Scanner, Antivirus, and Peripheral Device Installation & Troubleshooting.
- LAN/WAN Troubleshooting, IP Configuration, Router & Switch Connectivity, VPN Support, and Network Monitoring.
- CCTV Camera Installation, DVR/NVR Configuration, Remote Monitoring, and Maintenance.
- Biometric Device Installation, User Enrollment, Attendance Backup, and Technical Support.
- Asset Management, Inventory Tracking, Preventive Maintenance, and IT Documentation.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Service Manager (SM), HTM, Zoho Desk, and IT Ticketing Systems.




- VMware vSphere, ESXi Host Management, Virtual Machine Deployment, and Basic Azure Administration.
- Sophos Antivirus, Check Point Firewall, VPN Configuration, and Basic Network Security Administration.
- Remote Desktop Support, Incident Management, Problem Resolution, and End-User Training.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills with experience supporting enterprise environments.

Qualifications

- Bachelors/Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, or Construction Technology.
- With 8 to 12 years of IT experience, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Prefers CompTIA Network+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and CompTIA Server+.
- CompTIA Server+: Covers server hardware, storage, virtualization, and disaster recovery. Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA):
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server
