- Receive, inspect, and record construction materials delivered to the site.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock registers.
- Issue materials only against approved requisitions.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and secure handling of materials.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Maintain GRNs, challans, issue slips, and other store records.
- Prevent material loss, damage, theft, and wastage.
- Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, and contractors for material requirements.
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company procedures.
