- Contact insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers to follow up on outstanding medical claims.
- Resolve payment issues and ensure timely reimbursement.
- Appeal denied claims and correct claim errors.
- Familiarity with CARC / RARC codes, EOB / ERA interpretation and payer guidelines.

- Understanding of medical billing workflows (OPD/IPD), insurance reimbursement methodologies, and medical coding (ICD-10, CPT). Eligibility & Skills:
- Familiarity with Hospital Information Systems (HIS), ERPs, and specialized billing software (e.g., Epic, Cerner).

- Minimum 1+ years of AR Hospital Calling experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Robust understanding of insurance claims, denials, appeals,



and reimbursement processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage high call volumes in a voice process.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Comfortable working rotational shifts.

Education:

- Undergraduate or Graduate.
