Role & responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Executive to manage banking relationships and support the company's fund-raising and treasury operations. The role involves coordinating with banks and financial institutions for working capital facilities, term loans, bank guarantees, and other credit facilities, while ensuring timely submission of financial information, statutory reports, and compliance documents.

The ideal candidate should possess solid financial analysis skills, excellent documentation abilities, and experience in dealing with banks and lenders.

Key Responsibilities

Banking & Fund Raising

- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for sanction, renewal, enhancement, and modification of various credit facilities.
- Prepare and compile documentation required for:
- Working Capital Limits
- Cash Credit / Overdraft Facilities
- Inventory Funding
- Term Loans
- Bank Guarantees
- Other banking products as required.

- Assist senior management in raising funds from banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and other lenders.
- Coordinate with banks for execution of loan documentation, security creation, and disbursement formalities.
- Maintain healthy working relationships with bankers and ensure timely resolution of queries.

Financial Analysis & Projections

- Prepare CMA data, projected financial statements, cash flow statements, profitability projections, and other financial models required by banks.
- Prepare business projections, working capital assessments, and debt servicing estimates.
- Analyze business performance and provide financial data required for credit appraisals.
- Assist in preparation of presentations and information memorandums for lenders.

Banking Compliance & Reporting

- Prepare and submit:
- Monthly Stock Statements
- Book Debt Statements
- CMA Data




- Insurance details
- Covenant compliance reports
- Any other information sought by banks.

- Ensure timely submission of all periodic reports to avoid penal charges and compliance issues.

Loan Administration

- Maintain a comprehensive schedule of all borrowings and credit facilities.
- Reconcile loan outstanding balances with bank statements.
- Track repayment schedules, interest servicing, principal repayments, and renewal dates.
- Verify interest calculations, processing charges, and other banking charges.
- Monitor utilization of working capital limits and ensure compliance with sanctioned terms.

Documentation & Coordination

- Maintain complete records of sanction letters, loan agreements, security documents, and other banking correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal departments for obtaining financial and operational information required by lenders.
- Liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, consultants, valuers, legal advisors, and company secretaries for banking-related requirements.

MIS & Treasury Support

- Prepare MIS reports relating to banking facilities, fund utilization, borrowing costs, and treasury operations.
- Monitor fund availability and assist in cash flow planning.
- Support treasury operations to optimize borrowing costs and improve fund utilization.

Educational Qualification

- CA Inter / M.Com / B.Com with relevant experience.

Experience

- 1-2 years of experience in Finance & Accounts
- Experience in automobile dealership, manufacturing, retail, or large corporate organizations will be preferred.

Technical Skills

- Understanding of banking products and credit facilities.
- Knowledge of Working Capital Assessment and CMA Data preparation.
- Financial modelling and projection preparation.
- MS Excel skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and accounting software.
- Understanding of banking documentation and loan compliance.
