Job Description:
- Generate new business leads for commercial, retail, office, and mixed-use leasing opportunities.
- Identify, approach, and negotiate with prospective clients to close leasing transactions.
- Manage leasing of retail, office, BTS, corporate campuses, hospitality, logistics and social infrastructure projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with IPCs, brokers, channel partners and industry stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, term sheets, EOIs, MoUs and coordinate lease agreement execution.
- Support marketing and branding initiatives by participating in events, campaigns, and promotional activities to generate leads.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits,
and ensure timely resolution of customer queries for a superior client experience.
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Projects, Design, Operations and Marketing teams to ensure smooth transaction closure and onboarding.
- Manage existing tenant relationships, support account management, and drive renewals, re-leasing, and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve leasing, occupancy, revenue, and land monetization targets while maintaining robust market intelligence and stakeholder engagement.
