About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Loyalty Customer Growth Specialist to support and grow our Loyalty 360 platform. The role involves managing customer relationships, supporting loyalty program operations, onboarding retailers, resolving customer issues, and driving customer engagement across our loyalty ecosystem, including MostEdge TV, ScanData, and Trunow.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of loyalty programs.
- Support retailer onboarding and provide training on loyalty solutions.
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, and support tickets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational and technical issues.
- Monitor loyalty campaigns and ensure smooth execution.
- Track program performance and prepare operational reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining service quality standards.
- Support campaign execution and customer communication initiatives.




- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and continuous process improvement.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an international voice process, customer support, or customer success role.
- Experience working with customer data, campaign management tools, or retail technology platforms is preferred.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
