Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and implement network and security solutions for customer environments
- Configure and support routers, switches, and wireless access points
- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and security policies
- Implement and support endpoint security solutions (EDR, antivirus, encryption)
- Deploy, configure, and support SIEM solutions
- Integrate firewalls, endpoints, servers, and network devices with SIEM platforms
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security events and alerts
- Assist in incident investigation, log analysis, and root cause analysis
- Perform site deployments, migrations, and upgrades
- Conduct security hardening and best-practice reviews
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and handover reports
- Work closely with presales and project teams during solution design

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching)
- Hands-on experience with routers,



switches, wireless networks
- Strong expertise in firewalls, VPNs, NAT, and network security
- Experience with endpoint security platforms
- Working knowledge of SIEM concepts (log collection, correlation, alerts, dashboards)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network and security issues
- Experience in customer-facing, project-based environments
- Solid communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP,
- Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, FortiSIEM, Elastic SIEM, Sentinel, etc.)
- Experience with vendors like Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point, Aruba
- Knowledge of SOC operations, incident response, and Zero Trust
- Experience with cloud and hybrid security environments
